Transparency
As a community-centered organization, we believe that transparency is vital to the success of our work. Being open and honest with our community fosters trust and ensures that our actions align with our values and the needs of those we serve.
Our goal is to share important documentation with the public online in formats that are as accessible as possible. We strive to make this information easy to find and understand, ensuring that everyone has access to the details of our operations and decision-making processes.
To this end, we have made our Constitution & Bylaws (latest amendment made in 2023), Audited Financials, and Strategic Plan (coming soon) available online. These documents provide a clear and comprehensive view of our organizational structure, financial health, and strategic direction.
